This coaster beats out SUE for its shear height and thrills on the back spike which if they dont get your nerves going on the way up, spinning back towards the ground will send you on a rush! The launch is extremely strong and the view of the lake is incredible.

This ride really is Wicked! I think it removed my review! Anyway, this coaster has a fantastic launch, but since I had already ridden SUE, I wasnt as impressed with this one as I had hoped to be. I only give SUE an 8/10 and I fell in love with the holding brake which gives you this crazy intensity on your body thats hard to compare to something on another coaster and I really didnt find ANOTHER back spike that was twisted to be as interesting. I like the long straight drop that SUE has where you can really feel the air and see straight below you the whole time. Like with most of the Premier rides, the launch isnt what make the coaster, its the variety of elements. SUE has three with the brake, twist, and straight drop. WT just has two twists. This is the same reason I like MF less than S:ROS, because all it has are some big turns and couple hills besides the drop. So, these rides have the moves, but they dont have the touch. Get a life if you think my review for it should be a perfect score just because its at Cedar Point. I dislike shuttle coasters overall as it is and I would never give one over an 8, because the full circuits just have a lot more and going backwards drives me nuts anyway.

Sweet ride! I didnt know what to expect when I got there. I got on, and it was such a rush. I liked Millennium better, but this is my 2nd favorite. Great ride!

I finally got to ride this yesterday and was really looking forward after all the good reviews, but it wasnt a perfect 10 for a few reasons. First, the line did feel like it was going a good bit slower than most of the coasters at the park even though the line wasnt too long to wait in overall. Second, unlike SUE, youre not able to feel that great shock from the reverse spike brake when you hit that point which makes it really fun and scary. The backwards part was a little too dizzying for me, but Ill ride it again. Wood coasters are my favorite type and Millennium Force, Magnum, and Raptor I thought were all better, so I think a 8 /10 is fair which is what I would give SUE and V2. The launch was more intense and you were higher, but we all have our own opinions and I like that brake the best. I dont know any other coasters where you can feel that kind of fun jolt. The colors on WT were really nice looking and the setting was beautiful, so I still did like it a lot.

Wicked Twister exceeded my expectations by far. The view is great in the front and back, forward and backwards, and the Gs give a cool sensation. It has added some flavor to the park.

Great Ride. The backward spiral is an improvement over the straight drop on V2. My only complaint is that the line moves too slow.

I have ridden this coasters semi-clone (Superman at SFWoA) and I expected this ride to be just about the same as its LIM-launch cousin. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find it a lot better that I was expecting. The addition of another spiral rather than an extended brake run tower is a definite improvement from the other inverted LIM coasters (V2@SFMW, etc.) My favorite coaster as far as the color scheme- it rocks! Also, the third launch- um, dont wear glasses, cause mine got all fogged and one of the arms fell off. Second ride on my top ten, pretty cool!

Wow! I really didnt expect to like this ride. It just goes back and forth two and a half-times--thats a pretty short experience with a limited range of effects. Instead I found an attraction that is incredibly intense. After loading the train, they count down "Three ... two ... one" and you find yourself screaming out of the station. With its magnetic launch system, it is amazing how quickly you get up to speed. As you stand on the loading platform waiting to board, when the Twister comes through, it is just a blur--you cant pick out anyones face. You dont attain full HEIGHT on the first pass, however, it is on your second ascent that the train gets within 20 feet of the end of the forward spiral. As you twist your way upward, your heart pounds with exhilaration. I sat in the second row on my first ride and the first row on my next go around--the front is definitely worth the wait. Both the forward and backward ascents are breathtaking.

In short, Wicked Twister is every bit the equal of its thrilling sister, Millenium Force, in delivering excitement. In watching this attraction operate, I saw nothing but beaming faces on the returning riders. Enthusiasm was everywhere to be seen. Wicked Twister should be on everyones "must ride" list.
