This coaster could be much better. The track layout is pretty good and it certainly looks like a fun ride but then you get into one of those ridiculously uncomfortable cars with those OTSRs and you hate yourself for ever entertaining the idea that it was going to a fun experience....yet Ive ridden it over and over.
the only thinng i can say about this coaster is its dang painful
as if the OTSRs werent bad enough, these are also the most uncomfortable seats ever on a coaster. The only way you can enjoy this ride is if your ass is rectangular in shape. It seems Im in the minority with my rating on this one
A fun small roller coaster which supplies enough thrills to make it fun. There is never any line so you can ride it over and over again. The only problem is the brakes at the end stop you very fast, often causing sharp pain. But still a great coaster, just brace yourself for the end.
the trains were terrible on this one, especially if you are tall like me. i couldnt understand why they had OTSR instead of lap bars but after riding and seeing how insanely close you come to supports, i can understand why. a very good thriller in that sense
This ride is good as far as turns and drops but the cars themselves are like tourture devices. I hate little coasters with harnesses because they hurt! And theres about 0 legroom. The brakes at the end also stop you on a dime, which hurts! The supports come very close too.
An above average coaster that wont disappoint even the diehard coaster enthusiast. One steep drop and a few banked turns make for an enjoyable coaster. 8/10 Didnt ride the predecessor as I didnt start coming to Wildwood until 2000.
File this ride under NOT AS TAME AS IT LOOKS, folks. It hurts because of the tight cars with little to no leg room. It is probably more fun for kids who can fit better. Maybe they should only let people under a certain height. Personally I think the Jet-Star (the old coaster this replaced) was more fun.
They should really theme this coaster… give it a good Mafia theme (sorry Jersey)… Re-name it "Godfather" with the tag line "You touch-a my coaster, I break-a your knees". This was a rough and intense little coaster with very little room in the trains… my knees were up against the seat in front of me and they are still sore from all of the banging.
This is a mini coaster that gets your stomach churning. I usually ride it for a "warm-up" for the Great NorEaster. However, dont underestimate the little coaster. It is fast and thrilling and great for the little guys. Definetly ride this for some family fun.
