Has two big drops instead of just one big one and a bunch of smaller ones. Those drops aren't bigger then at some larger parks, but for it's size is good. Got soaked on it too. The rocks around it make it feel like it's at a different park.

Solid, fun log flume! The drops both pack a bit more punch than you expect, which is awesome, and you get nice and wet. I like it a lot.

A great compact flume with a solid layout given its small foot print. The rock work all over this ride is well done and adds to the parks overall experience. The ride gets you wet. Fist drop is good and the second gives a really good splash. My second ride I came off very wet. Nice addition to the park and great to see a park model instillation and not some Portable model.

The Log Flume at Rye Playland was very good and one of my favorites. Located towards the back left side of the park, the Log Flume takes up a good chunk of land. The cave from off the ride looks very good and the drops looked exciting. With a nice wooden station, you board the logs there. Once the Log Flume begins, you slowly ride to the first lift hill. It isnt too large and you get up pretty quickly. I was shocked at how steep the small drop was and it got some pretty good speed before reaching the bottom. The splash was okey and I got a little wet. You then slowly meander through the cave around a U-turn to the right. When you exit the cave, you continue to wind around for a while until you reach the final and rides largest drop. Climbing up the lift hill, you get a brief but good view of Rye Playland. Once at the top, you notice that this drop is just as steep as the first and you gain speed fairly quickly on the way down. This time, the log makes a good splash and got me pretty wet. You then slowly re-enter the station. Overall, a great Log Flume that is even better on a hot day. I highly recommend the Log Flume to anyone who enjoys water rides and log flumes.

It doesnt get you wet very much but its not too bad (fun too).
Although its similar to the one at Knoebels, this ones not nearly as good as the Knoebels flume ride. Its nothing to ride over and over again, but its worth a few rides if the lines are short.

This is a nice flume. The drops arent huge and there should have been more, but it makes a big splash at the bottom. I thought the drop would be steeper but really not steep and hardly any air time.

For the small space it takes up, this is a very cool little flume. I got drenched - but no complaints. The hills are a bit small, but still pack in a thrill. Worth the wait, especially on a hot summer day.

a decent log flume, nothing special, you dont really get that wet but i take that as sort of a good thing. getting soaked is what river rapids are for.
