If you put pillows and blankets on this ride everyone would fall asleep. They should replace it with a 66mph launching space coaster then into a giant half loop and some pretty intense inversions.
I really like this ride. Its my favorite of the original Epcot rides. Its just neat to think that youre traveling all the way in that giant "golf ball." Its neat to see the history of communication too. And I absolutely love when the cars rotate and you go down backwards.
This is a one time deal. Dont go more than once because you will get bored. The artwork was decent though. I like how things progressed and told the history of mankind. Be prepared for regular breakdowns.
This is truely a classic ride. If any one gives this a low scoring then they dont understand the walt disney magic. I love this ride. Its a very relaxing and enjoyable ride. The ceiling painting mural is breathtaking. GOOD TIP: dont ride first thing in the morning because thats when the lines tend to be longest. Wait until later in the day because its basically a walk-on then.
it was ok for a slow ride. its a unique experience, and you should get on it at least once at epcot, its just not my kind of ride
This is definitly a classic and my personal favorite at EPCOT. This is so probably because Test Track wasnt open when I went but this is one great show. The effects are awesome and its interesting how Disney fit this into one huge geosperic ball. A must!
One of Disneys best dark rides (Dinosaur and Indiana Jones excluded), something very mistifying about the whole thing. Very simple (in theory), very direct, but very very well done (which can be a Disney signature).
Spaceship Earth is a great way to start your adventures in EPCOT. It is quite a work of art with, not only its presentation on the history of communications, but the way in which the ride is integrated into the geodesic sphere. (Im sorry, but I find myself very impressed by engineering, as well as entertainment). Sadly, Spaceship Earth only has maximum impact the first time you experience it. With each repeated viewing, it loses its impact. Still, I look forward to seeing it on each trip to Orlando and it remains a symbol of EPCOT in many ways.
Awesome ride to look for Hidden Mickeys(I am a hunter for them). This ride is my favorite original ride now that Horizons is gone. *tear*

For a history darkride this ride is great. I like most of the ride especially the backwords ending. This ride is good for any age.
