This show makes me feel proud to be an American. the animatronics are great. History is learned so much easier through this show.
The American Adventure is a show/movie. It is fun, rewatchable, it has good acting, good coastumes, good music, and it is educational also.
This is one of the best animatronic shows I have seen. It tells a lot about U.S. history and is entertaining at the same time. I highly recommend this show. Overall rating 4.5
A bit underwhelming. The changing sets and animatronics were well done and interesting, but the pace is too slow and those familiar with the events described will probably be rather bored since it's not as if the show offers a new take on these events. Not a bad show to see perhaps when you just need somewhere to sit and watch a pleasant show, because it's certainly good, it's just not great. Children should have no problem except that they are likely to be twice as stultified as any adult.
This show is like the sequel to Hall of Presidents. Of course like most sequels it doesnt live up to the first. But the history value of the ride is entertaining. The theme song is empowering and its relaxing to get out of the long lines to sit in the a\c. After the show I reccomend the restruant, it'.s really good and not too expensive.
Ill have to admit that myself and the other memebers of my party slept through the majority of this show as we were very tired. However, I did enjoy the pre-show with the accapella singers.
This is a good bit of USA propaganda.
The animatronics are looking a bit dated compared to some of Disneys newer robots and the random bursting into patrotic song over a slide show is a bit corny, but its still a pretty good show.
One complaint though... I dont know if this was caused by the animatronics shaking their platforms that lift them up to the stage or if the projector was shaking, but whenever animatronics were on stage, there was a really annoying shaking of the background.
But besides that, its pretty good. At least its something in Epcot that is still educational...
This was a very nice show with a HORRIBLE wait. The wait to get everything started was incredibly boring to me. When we finally got into auditorium area and the show started, well that all changed. Some parts were abit bland, but some parts were GREAT, especially with the large array of animatronic figures. The figures looked almost too realistic from my position in the theatre. At some points I even said to myself "well that one has to be a real actor, it cannot be fake." Of course we all know the answer to that! This show is good once per trip though...you may just guilt yourself into seeing it though if you are from the USA. lol
This is such a good show to watch. Better then Hall of Presidents because the actual teaching of American history is better. I love that they chose an American Author to help tell the story instead of choosing another President. I also, like that Fredrick Douglas is in this show. He is often forgetten in our History. Here he is praised! A wonderful, educational show.
A great show that teaches you about our country. They pick two great people to be in the show. I liked how they mixs video and animatronics.
