I loved this ride and bought a stuffed animal based on it afterwards!

It may be nostalgia talking but I liked the original version better. This version is still decent but just doesn't capture the feeling of the original. The scent part of the ride was a cute addition, and if you have not ridden the original it is definitely a ride you do not want to miss. Overall rating 3.5

Children will find this ride more engaging than adults. In theory it has interaction with all the senses, but in practice it really doesn't (vision is the most used sense, and other senses such as smell are used to greater effect on other rides). Cute, but for all the "imagination" theme not too imaginative or spectacular.

Somewhat below average attraction. Figment is never seen anywhere besides this ride. That&#39.s probably a good thing though. Go on it atleast once so you can atleast compare it with other people&#39.s views.

This is a fun little ride. The sensory engagements are clever especially the skunk smell. This is just overall a great time.

This ride is ave. to me. The effects are good in some places and the scunk smell is pretty bad. A good point is almost always a walk on.

I saw the original "Journey into Imagination", and let me say, the new one SUCKS compared to that. The Old one had everything that made my imagination roar with excitement and jump for joy! But the new one, that was just surreal. There was really nothing that interesting or imaginative on it except for the portion of the ride where everything is upside down. I really didnt enjoy the ride as much as the original. Of course, I was older when I rode the new one, and it is built for the young people. The only reason I would have given this and seven is because Figment was gone, but it will have an eight because Figment is back. Overall, not a very good ride anymore.

This one was pretty bad also. Yet another Disney ride I just dont get, but maybe I am simply not imaginative enough. Pretty standard ride with an interesting twist, I did kind of like some of the effects. At least now I know where Figment comes from in peoples names

I find it hard to rate this ride. Right now I would put this at a 5, because i thought it was boring. But then again it was made for kids, so of course a thrill seeker isnt going to love it. When I was a kid I LOVED Imagination. I rode this ride before I could even say Imagination (I was so little I used to call it "Imageration". Figment was great, and the little kid inside of me cant sit here and give it a low score because it didnt do anything for me as a 17 year old. Figment and the Imagination Institute is a classic dark ride at EPCOT, and I think its a spectacular ride for little kids. Its a little slow getting started, but once Figment takes over the tour everything is cute and funny. Plus, how can ou not like a ride with such a catchy song (again, in preschool I would come off of this ride singing "Imageration, Imageration, A dream can be a dream come true with you and me!" I dont know why it says on the top of this page that the ride may be unsuitable for young children, this ride was made for little kids, it really makes little kids eyes light up.
