I think this is one of the better rapid rides. It is very well designed, with use interaction and rapids. Plus, since they added the extra water fall, you get more wet! The theming of the canyon makes the ride seem really realistic. An overall great ride.

This was a really nice ride for a rapids ride. Nice waterfalls at the end, and of course, u will get wet. Not as good as the popeye one at IOA, but pretty good.

Cool rapids ride. Leave anything you dont want wet behind. You will get SOAKED. There is a small compartment in the middle of the ride that is water resistant, not water proof. I went to the park when it was 103 degrees in 1999. This ride will take the heat off.

Again, you will be soaked. The ride has three waterfalls at the end.

This river rapids ride gets you wetter than most of the others. It is very fun and is good for cooling you off on a hot day. It is not tremendously long but still lasts for a decent while. However, you are lucky if you are not soaked.

This is a very wild and wet river rapids ride. There is no way to escape the water falls. You may miss the two that come in from the sides of the "canyon", but there is no way to miss the three that pour down from the "bridges" that span the canyon. You WILL get soaked. Luckily, lockers are located near by. Lines can get long. Recomendation: For everyone. Purpose: Thrills and a good Soaking! Sadly it is now gone to make way for "progress"... a wave pool and lazy river for Hershey's ill conceived and cramped water park.

UPDATE: Thanks to Hershey's poor planning, they uncerimoniously ripped this ride out to make room for a water park expansion. Sorry, but a lazy river just doesn't compare to the old canyon river rapids. Boo to Hershey for this bone headed move.

A good, but not great raft ride.

the lines r long but they move along quickly and there is no way to avoid getting wet but in all this is a graet rapids ride and uses many ways to get u wet

If there is a wetter ride than this I would be surprised. When you go through the waterfalls you get COMPLETELY DRENCHED. THERE IS NO AVOIDIING IT. Bring a change of cloths or be prepared to be wet the entire day. They also sell tapes of your entire ride!

I think this is the best rapids it have many waterfalls and if u dont get wet u are very lucky. this one is much better then great adventures
