This is a great ride. It is fast paced, the theming is great, the effects are awesome, and it is super fun. The boulder special effect was my favorite.

You gotta ride this. If you rode Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom, this is similar. Loved this ride immensely!

This ride is awesome. It's a shame that I won't get back to DL for probably a few more years.

WDW needs this!

This ride is amazing. It may seem to have a long line, but believe me, the line is half the fun! It is filled with breathtaking scenery, interactive special effects, and very scary scenes. I wouldn't exactly consider this ride a roller coaster, but it is a thrill ride by all means. The story goes that there is an ancient temple in India that Indiana Jones discovered. Supposedly, at the center of the temple there is a massive source of energy that can grant you unlimited wealth, eternal youth, or visions of the future on one condition: You don't look into the eye of the Mara Idol in the chamber. The trains are giant military jeeps with real working speedomoters which are a nice touch. The track is level but the trains, controlled by a computer, jolt you from side to side during the ride. As soon as you leave the station, you enter the chamber of the mara idol. Well, naturally you look into her eye seeing as she is right in front of you. The idol starts glowing, and a demonic voice announces that you will face the consequence of looking into her eye by entering the chamber of bubbling death. That's when this ride gets crazy. What follows is a stunning series of the most realistic special effects: Holographic headbangers which your head goes right through, giant flaming skulls, booby-traps, you name it. The grand finale is amazing, and has you screaming your voice box out. I won't tell you about it though, I'll leave that part for you to experience yourself! Trust me, don't miss this one.

Indiana Jones ride is a Disney masterpiece with nonstop action, with brilliant visual effects. The ride did seem to go by really fast. I hope I get back to DL to ride it again. The line its self is very welled themed. This is a cant miss at Disneyland.

Breath-taking dark ride that shouldnt be missed. First off, Disney went all out with the theming as the entire ride is themed to Indiana Jones, during and around the ride, especially in the queue. The jeeps that you ride in were very comfortable and they reacted fluently with every scene and because of all of the rapid movement, it made the ride much more exciting. All of the scenes were incredible, especially the idol and giant boulder scenes. The ride is pretty long as well.

Ive been to WDW in Florida a few times in recent years, and DL in California a looong time ago. (Tomorrowland was telling us how someday, television might actually be in color.) I got to check out the west coast version of the mouse house recently, and Indy was a ride I had high hopes for. It didnt disappoint. After a very long, very elaborately themed line, you strap into the jeeps for the ride. You go through one of three doors at the beginning, but the ride is identical after each one. Then some tourist looks into the eyes of a no-goodnik idol and its off to the races. The sets you cruise through are big, lavishly atmospheric and filled with all kinds of keen stuff - fire, hundreds of skulls, realistic AA figures of the esteemed Dr. Jones, a giant snake, the famous rolling boulder. And the jeep moves, a lot, more fluidly and with a greeater range of motion than any moving car Ive been in. This thing really heaves you to and fro. Disney Studios in Florida needs a clone of Indy - its the best dark ride in the world that doesnt involve 3-d images of Spiderman.

Excellent ride! I really enjoyed the line, it was well themed and had wonderful detail. The ride itself is also fun. It is extremely fast, so fast, that I wish I couldve rode it again because I know there was stuff that I missed. But it stayed remarkably close to the Indiana Jones movie and was just a fun ride to experience.
