This is a awsome ride. If you can take the front seat it is worth the extra wait.

I love this ride. The inline twist is my favorite inversion and lucky for me, this ride had three of them. The launch is great and this ride is extremely smooth. The first inversion out of the volcano is one of my favorite all time inversions, just because of the uniqueness of it. Out of the heartline twists, the second one is the best with a great footchopper. The feeling in the twists is simply indescribable, it gives and interesting feeling of zero gravity. The theme is also very well done, this ride has one of the best queues i have walked through. A must ride attraction

My first inverted and launching coaster. The launch was incredible. But scared me at first. The in-line twists are great and go over smooth. The seats are comfortable. The coaster is smooth overall. It is too short though, and would be more exciting if it has a twisting layout rather than side to side. Themeing is great and a must-ride coaster!

This ride was awesome! I love the launch at the beginnning, but i am taking a point away because after u get out of the volcano, u just have little, relaxing twists and turns and three easy inversions

I remember reading about Volcano: The Blast Coaster in a book, and I always wanted to see it for myself. Fortunately, we were able to make a trip to PKD to try out my first launching roller coasters. Seeing as how this was the newest roller coaster, the mob dashed to ride it. The themeing is very impressive, more so than Busch and it rivals Disney. It sets the perfect atmosphere for the ride.

Seeing as how it was my first launching roller coaster, my anticipation was filled with fear also. When we rolled out, those few seconds felt like minutes. Finally, we were launched. What an incredible sensation! Before you know it, youre turned in a bank turn and launched again out of the volcano, rather than just heading straight up.

The next inversion is amazing - I loved it. Popping out of the mountain, you can see the entire park for a split second before turning. The rest of the ride consists of two turns and a few in-line twists which offer some great hangtime. The view and near-misses with the volcano itself are very cool and make for an exiting ride.

Unforunately, from there is just dives into the brakes and ends. Had it had something like a helix or another inversion this would be my favorite coaster, but none the less, it produces an exciting and unique ride. This should be on every enthusiasts "must-do" list.

This ride was very surprising when it started. I thought the launch was very good and the last drop was very fun. The theming of this ride was great and loading was not bad either.

Great initial launch, great launch up through the volcano... but after that... well just let you spiral down around the outside of the mountain and maybe turn you upside down a few times. Just wasnt all that impressed.

This was my first inverted coaster, and boy was it a doozie. The launch was amazing, and good speed was mantained throughout the whole ride. The heartline rolls were like nothing Ive had the pleasure of experiencing before. However, the abrupt ending was somewhat of an unpleasant suprise. Still, if its intensity youre looking for, you cant go wrong here.

I was not overly impressed by this ride. The launch is great, but the ride is nothing but a few inline loops, and while they actually offer some good air time, they are boring. It would have been nice to see a bit more to this ride, it seemed to be over by the time it was really getting started.
