I like watching aquatic animals. They have always interested me. Very peaceful to look at. A nice air conditioned breather from the hot out doors.
Chance to see the wonders of the sea up close in a relaxing environment. The attraction here is the collection of sea life and not the pre-movie or ride. Its where I learned about the endangered manatee, one of the more emotional experiences of my life.
I thought it was good, but needs more. The fish and everything are cool, but it just needs more. My younger brother was fasinated with everything, but after 20 minutes down there he wanted to go back up to view the fountain at the entrence!
I love sea life, but this pavillion made me so mad. That stupid elevator was the dumbest thing ever- a complete waste of time. As far as exhibit design, the aquariums were nice, but they did not take my breath away.
I like this pavillion. But then again Ive always been fascinated by the ocean and marine life. Its a great aquarium. Im also really glad they took the ride out. It was pretty much pointless because it was so short.
Not a very interesting ride. You might think it looks cool at first but it doesnt keep your attention for very long. Basically its a waste of time and a let down. The hands on stuff are a little more interesting, but not by much.
Its quite dumb even for a disney ride, all it is is a motorized train running on carpet through a small aquarium.
The Living Seas is the biggest waste of time in Epcot. The ride is just a 1 minute omnimover through a tunnel with winodws into the aquarium, and then you get off and can view the aquarium anyway, or try some stupid hands on activities. Not to mention everything is really outdated, and fish have nothing to do with the Future (Future World).
Great aquarium and very strong experience overall. Im curious to see what the seacab refurb ends up doing to the whole experience.
I liked the Livng Seas better with the previous three-screen film. The newer movie is nowhere near as impressive. The large aquarium tank is nice, but certainly no substitute for SeaWorld. Still, if this is your first trip to EPCOT, try not to miss the Living Seas.
