A good vertical drop ride.
Just goes up sooooo slow and you dont know when its gonna drop.
Doctor dooms fearfall is so much better, The theming, The launch, the height EVERYTHING this one gets a 7.
Another excellent ARM drop tower. The ascent was slow as always and the drop was very sudden as well. Also, the drop was incredible too as the stomach dropping sensation was great and there was amazing ejector air as well.
The fastest, tallest, and best overall ride there! Its one ride you have to ride all the time when you go to CG. The slow climb to the top is nerve racking and then when you finally drop its always suprising. 10/10!
This is the best ride there. I love the dropping sensation. It was my 2nd drop tower and I loved it. The slow rise to the top makes your nervousness increase. And then the sudden drop turns it into screams. I love it and I will ride it again.
Unlike most drop towers, I liked this one! We got NO warning of the release so that was awesome and the ride is pretty typical of a portable drop tower. Fun ride, awesome suprise and not uncomfortable like many of the drop rides I have ridden have been so I cannot complain one bit. Not quite Acro or TOT though, those ones are still special to me
Once you go on Big Shot at Vegas, all other towers are weak and tiny. Well, this one is still smaller and still weak (no launch
). While I am a fan of the launches, this was my first drop tower. The climb up was slow, but provided some nice views. The hang seemed like forever, and then DROP! Seemed a little short, but still fun.
This is probably the most thrilling ride among the many budget carny attractions. A cheap thrill to be sure and its more jarring than thrilling. A strong breeze and this ride is closed down for the day.
This is deffently not your avrege drop tower.Making the skyline of Cypress Gardens Adventure park Thunderbolt is a deffent stop for thrill seekers who vist. Its really diffrent from other drop towers because you just keep going up and up and then all of a sudden you just drop.Without any warning you fall to the ground at about 47mph.Thunderbolt is an intense one and is the scariest at cypress gardens. It may not be themed like Doom and the Tower of terror but it is still as fun and it will leve you walking off with a smile on your face.
This ride had to be the scaryiest ride in the park. It was a portable drop-tower ride, but Ive personally never seen one like this one. Normally the cars are attached to a cable that lifts and drops the car from some sort of motor at the bottom of the tower, but not this one. The car was lifted up to the top of the tower by a hoist attached to a cable. Then when the car gets to the top of the tower, the hoist releases the car and you drop in one of the few true free falls that I know of. Then you hit the brakes probably 10 feet off the ground in a sudden stop. It was great! Ive been on other rides like this, but they are either more enclosed, and most of the time launch you up instead of dropping you. This carnival ride was better than any of the parks custom made coasters.
