Deer Park Plunge is a log flume. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.
Goes through the ride surprisingly quick and its pretty relaxing after a long day at the park. However, the drop was absolutely nothing and didnt get me that wet, although I wasnt expecting to get that wet. If the drop wouldve been a little higher or steeper then it would get an 8.
Although it is only an average log flume, the Log Jamboree (as it is currently called) is one of the best family rides in the park. SFOG needs more rides like this one that are still fun for the thrill seekers, yet tame enough for small kids. You get a little wet, but not soaked. Be sure to smile for the picture on the drop!
Its the best water ride there. If you dont like to get soaked. You dont get soaked, just kinda splashed, and you dry very quickly. Best place to set - very back.
A very descent log flume with a good drop and some great scenery (trees, Mindbender, Georgia Scorcher, Free Fall).Over all its good, but could be better.
I really liked this ride, course by this time in my day i was so amazed at how much better this 6 flags was than others. I had pretty short lines and a lot of good rides that day. Ride could definately use theming.
pretty good loggy. A damper
One of about 3 or 4 rides actually operating during the rain today. A cute "little" log ride. It has a pretty good drop at the end. You will get wet, but not soaked.
I love the log flume. It is so layed back and fun and relaxing. It takes you through the woods and you get the feeling of Southern Heritage.
after living in new england with our flumes this one just lacks in smoothness and design
