The train offers okay transportation, but could be faster walking. Unfortunately, pictures are not allowed. (Doesn't mean that you can't take any.)
The Minnesota River Valley Railroad is a train ride. It is average speed, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration. It also gives a nice view of the park and is a nice family ride.
It is a good solid transport ride. usually these rides are supposed to a far distance and frankly i dont think left side of the entrance to the bridge near corkscrew to be that terribly far. in any case if your bored or need a rest give it a spin, its not so bad.
What is up with the four 1/3 scale old west buildings behind wild thing. That added a sense of humor to another very average VF ride. This park was very drab to me and almost every ride felt tlike the park designed it to be very dry. Not awful just not memorable and this fits. Part of the train ride was great but loopinbg around behind the coaster so you got to see that area twice was lame. Great looking train though.
Great train ride. Theres a tunnel, a crossing (wave to the crowd), bells and whistles, and no annoying jokes from the operators. Main criticism would be that the view is kind of lame on the back stretch behind Wild Thing. I guess its cool to be able to check out the back of the roller coaster, though.
Boring Transport ride.Nice tunnel though.
