Just looking up at the 305 ft. tower before you get in line is intimidating. Once you are in the comfortable Intamin seats, bracing the metal grips on your restraint. A terrifying bump, and your heading up into the sky. About half-way up the tower, all of the other rides are succumbed to Drop Zones height, all of them except the Eiffel Tower.

With an adrenaline filled moment, you are lifted off of your seat and free falling. One experience you will never want to miss. The drop seems it lasts for an eternity, then abruptly stopped by the brakes. And Drop Zone definately calls it close between the gondola and the ground.

Such an awesome experience! Try not to miss this on any trip to PKD.

this thing is total nutball. it doesnt have a long wait so there is no reason not to ride it when youre there. it should be mandatory for all americans to ride this. the feeling of having every organ in your body exit through the top of your skull only to be snapped back into place a few seconds later as if by an invisible rubber band is a feeling all humans should experience, though not after a nice meal. i really enjoyed listening to the swear words emerging from peoples mouths as they returned to the safety of the earth. i definitely think that even if you were mormon, hasidic, franciscan or amish you would cuss on this ride. you have to cuss when you free fall from 270 feet with your feets swinging in the breeze...its scary. even if you were next to your mom you would cuss. there is no transitional arc or bend out of the fall like the 80s freefall rides of yore. basically you stop on a dime about 10 feet from the ground. what if those airbrakes failed? youd probably crash through the earth deep enough to strike oil. a short but very sweet ride. fun and disturbing as a great thrill ride should be.

I love this ride...the only thing that could make it better is if you could choose where you sit to be able to get optimum views at the top, but of course this would slow loading times. Great airtime and awesome speed, though

A great ride! I enjoyed the view and the slow-crank up! The only reson I like tower of Terror better is because of the story behind it.

I liked the 56 seat capacity making it a fast moving queue, however I enjoyed the PKI version better because PKIs rotates as it moves up allowing for a full birds eye view of the park

this was the very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very best free fall ive been on! I got onto the ride, and I was like, yay!. But then we started to go up. and up. and up. When we were half (yeah, half) way up, I had to look up to see if we were ever going to reach the top! Then we got there, to the top, looking down, I could literally see nobody, and I mean nobody! The view was breathtaking, I could probably see for 2-miles, mabey more. My mom, who was sitting next to me was totally amazed, I even think she was crying (we went on it at sunset *weep*) Then I remembered a split second too soon.... WERE ON A FREE-FALL!!! The car rushed to pavement, while negative gs greeted me for half the plunge! With my legs out and arms up, I was lovin every second of it. Then the magnetic brakes kicked in,and earth was one again in my vision. Definately a must ride in KD next trip. WHAT A RUSH!!!

Imagine being nearly 300 feet in the sky, with nothing holding you there except a seat and a shoulder harness. The veiw is nice, but the thing that makes this ride awesome is the anticipation and the drop down. It hits you before you know it.

One suggestion: DO NOT LOOK DOWN! I was not prepared for the drop even though I have seen this ride many times. The delay at the top seems to last forever. It is not really possible to describe the feeling. Go ride this. You may kiss the ground when the ride is through.

This ride scared me to death. I sit in my seat and you look down to the ground as then people get smaller and smaler. You finnaly hit the top some 3 hundred feet in air. And then drop. A great ride for all thrill seekers.
