Hiya, folks - just dropping in to let you know I'll be in Knoebels territory on the weekend of June 9-11, for the COAA Band Organ Rally, as well as all-and-sundry Knoebels thrills, chills and out right FUN. If anyone wants to meet up, post here... and if you just want to try and bump into me at the park, I'll doubtless have my Knoebels/Compounce/Coney/Band Organ/Polar Bear Club-patched backpack with me. And, most likely, I'll be wearing either my Steeplechase or Central Park Carousel t-shirt. As well, of course, there's a good chance I'll have my head tucked well into one of the organs - you can't miss me. Don't be shy - hope to see you there!

i'm determined to go. the only thing thing that will stop me is if i'm totally pooped and jet lagged or financially ruined or murdered while in russia.

If there are a few other people that want to meet up or something, I would be all about getting together around that time as long as everything is organized and work doesn't give me a problem.

Traver, I'm seriously hoping to see you again at Knoebels... Coney and Nathan's were good stuff, but ya don't really get to know a person until you've ridden a coaster with them, you know? Don't go getting yourself killed off in Mother Russia.

^it is my plan to not get killed.
true about coasters and people. within the first few weeks i was together with my girlfriend, i took her on millennium force as her first coaster. we're still together six years later.

I'll try to see if I can make it too. I've been dying to go back to Knoebels since I haven't been there since 2002. I know that my lil sister will be going to Knoebels on June 2nd with her school because of so'em to do with her band. If I can't come on those days, try to go back there sometime later this summer because I'll definitely be out there once I get my driver's license from my test tomorrow.

didn't get killed in mother russia. as far as i can tell, i have maintained molecular integrity and metabolic certainty.
knoebel's is assured. i hope at least one or two of the band organs are out of tune so i can get a good recording.
