Yeah i dont get what tyhe big deal is, i think it makes it more interesting that way, and more people, out of curiosity, will read rerad and reply to the post.

One thing that may help in the cheap price if the land is worth that much if not more you can get a buisness morgade with little to not money down as aposed to a buisnewss loan with 15-20% down.

The land in Wichita is probably not that expensive, as I wouldn't think it's a very sought-after region, but I don't know for sure.
Just pray it doesn't become a condo development, I guess.

Yeah i dont get the problem either, it makes the post mor interesting to not know what it is until you open it and it probably attracts more readers because they are curious to see what it is.

Ummmmm, I used to have a rich girlfriend that i know has the money, i could hook back up with her and get her dad to give me the money. but thats not happening anytime soon

It would work, but she is really rich maybe if i just asked to the money they would give it to me, i mean they do have their own private jet so i am guessing they could spare at least $5 million.
I didnt know she was rich when i was going out with her, if i would have known i wouldnt have let her break up with me just kidding i didnt like her much anyway.

it's stil at 1.67 million. not allot int he grand scheme of parks but still more then I have.

This has become a funny thread, but I think saving a park like this one is a lost cause. Sad but true, little parks like this one just can't compete anymore. Sure, some smaller parks have survived the test of time, but I'd imagine most have had to make additions at one point or another and do other things to keep up with the times (especially involving advertising). Looking at what there is to work with here, I think they'd just be better off selling the rides individually and developing the land for something else. I know that crushes the nostalgia, but if they need the money, that's probably a good bet. You'd need a lot of money to be able to do something to this amusement park so it would make money again, probably a lot more than it would be worth to you in the long run. Put in a few dark rides and I'd come at least.

it has a wacky shack I beleave and you could always instal a portable oen to start out with along with a number of standard flats, another coaster family most likly woudl also be a must first year. you woudl need about 5 million to get a good start off. ther eis allot of land that can be used to make thsi park better.

I'm talkign to buy it runit for two seasons and ad rides. It woudl take at least a 5 million investment. beleave me if I had it I would do it. there is little compitition for the park so with a few additions to get exitment up you shoudl do well.
