I really wasnt expecting much from this coaster, but I was absolutely shocked by the top-ten quality ride it provided. The rides cost seemed very expensive to me at first, but after riding it, I can see why its priced so high! The first drop sets the tone as it absolutely ejected me from my seat and after that were many more hills that each gave insane ejector air as well that came in rapid-fire succession, giving me little time to recover in between. The final bunny hills might be the rides highlight as they all give very abrupt and powerful air, especially the last one that was very deceiving.

Incredible coaster. I came on not expecting that much, but I was completely blown away. Both the front and back had rides absolutely filled with air-time. Almost every hill on the ride provided good air-time. The first drop was steep and absolutely ejected me from my seat. Up front the ride was glass-smooth and it was also quite smooth in the back.

This is a pretty good coaster.It takes a lng time out of the station though.I rode it when I was ten this year.It goes up the hill fast.

A ten up front and about a seven in the back - thats how Id rate the DB Hurricane. This is one of the few rides that rides best in the front, and I stuck with a 9 because I was smart enough to ride in the front all but twice. The ride reminded me a lot of Wild One at SFA - great front seat, big pops of air on the hills, and those classic three bench PTCs. If only the ride had more than 8 people on it at a time, it would probably be more crazy. There is air on pretty much every hill, and it runs very smooth. The last hill may be the best, as it launches the riders pretty intensely. All told, the DB Hurricane was the only decent ride in South Florida, and was well worth the extra day tagged on the end of my vacation. The wristband is, IMO, the only option, and my favorite seat had to be the last row of the front car. It managed to slip into the bottom of my top 10 too

Final note: I can totally believe that our beloved Nemmy operated this ride. You should have seen the tools operating the coaster...

It is a fun coaster, I will admit that. Are there other wooden coaters out there are better? Yes. ARe there ones that are worse? Yes. It falls right about in the middle in my book. Fun ride, but nothing to extraordinary.

looked like a very good coaster, but I cant rate it higher because of the inconsistency in the front versus back. To get higher than an 8 its got to be very good from any car, and while very good in the last car the rest of the rides felt lacking. You get a little bit of air right after the first drop but never again until the ending bunny hops, which are excellent in the back seat (that it the type of quality floater air you feel on Phoenix at least 12 times). This woodie never felt totally out of control and didnt toss you side to side.

This was my coaster next door. When my friends and i got bored we would go buy the unlimited rides pass. Ive had so much fun on this ride. Between rideing in every seat in on night or just becoming buddies with the rides ops and taking funny pics. It was good times. Being in MO now I miss this ride and i make sure to go on it every time i go home.

I found this ride to be rather enjoyable, it wasnt too rough, it was fun. I rode it multiple times. but it wasnt quite sensational, I wouldnt travle to ride this as I might to ride something like boulder dash.

I was in the area one day and at first wasnt going to go ride this thing, but I was glad I did. Its a fairly rough ride, but tolerable. Its also an insane ride in the back. Good stuff.
