Actually looks like it needs some maintenance to it. the corner just does not seem to whip like it should. i tried several fair rides on this trip to knoebels and was only really impressed with the flyer. oh well ill still be back in a couple years.

the bell to start and end the ride is nice and the ride is well maintained, but I remember riding The Whip at fairs and at HersheyPark when I was kid and the centrifugal force pushing me to the outside through the turns. Unfortunately the centrifugal force was still a memory after the ride

Every time i went here, i saw a big line at the whipper. So, when there wasnt one, i went on it. It wasnt all that great. i only say that because it was SLOW. If they make it faster ill change my rating but until then it stays a 7

Charming, of great vintage, but run way too slow. I was a little shocked that Knoebels, known for its historic rides, ran their Whip so darned SLOW!!! At least when I was on it. The cars just smoothed through the turns, rather than careened, as they should. If Knoebels speeds it up, Ill change my rating to a 10.

good ride, but somwhat boring.

A great whipper ride. Wish they would make it a little bit faster. But ill give it an extra 1 for the bell ringing at the start of the ride.

I like these things. They are really fun. This is my favorite one!

Mice old whip ride. The neon lighting at night is classic, it looks great.

A classic whip ride. Its great fun. My whole family enjoys riding this one. I think this one actually goes faster than some others. Great "cracking the whip" action.
