Review of Wild Mouse @ Hersheypark

Hersheyparks Wild Mouse is one of the best wild mouse coasters I have been on. Located towards the far end of the park in the Midway America section, this large royal blue, Mack wild mouse is a compact coaster. With many tight hairpin turns elevated high above the ground, on the rides lower level are a few steep drops. Because of its high capacity, the Wild Mouse generally has a 10-15 minute wait. Also helping the capacity is that the 4-seat cars constantly move through the station and dont stop allowing for quick dispatching. I enjoy the front more because of the great view and excitement of feeling like you will go over the edge. Once you begin, you rapidly ascend one of the fastest lift hills I have ever been on. At the top, you speed around a few hairpin turns high off the ground. Unlike most wild mouse coasters, this one doesnt use trim brakes creating some viscious and intense turns with powerful laterals. Afterwards, you speed down a few small drops that provide some pops of air-time. Your picture is taken during one of them. Then you go back to the station ending your ride. My only complaint is that it doesnt have any large drops like most wild mouse coasters. I highly recommend the Wild Mouse to any wild mouse lover as its one of the best versions around.
