Should have ridden it again, but didnt. So, first impression (after months of build-up and anticipation) was a huge let-down. Too damn smooth! Wheres the fear? Went back and rode Magnum, and agree with a recent "best of" coaster program on the Disc. ch that it is the better steel

You only rode the coaster once, and then gave it a six? When did you ride it? And where did you sit? The slowest rides are in the morning...as the trains speed up as the day lingers on. Where is the fear? Well, who says a coaster must instill fear to be good. Few coasters "scare" me. But as for thrills...how about in the front or second to the front seat looking over a drop that is 80 degrees, or having your cheeks blow in 90mph + winds. You should definitely give MF several more chances.
