Hey everyone!
We have just finished our latest coaster video, this time around
showcasing the awesome work that The Gravity Group did on
Mt. Olympus Theme Park's new wooden roller coaster Hades!
In case you haven't read all the rave reviews, this new coaster
is amazing! Full of airtime, incredible speed, great directional
changes, and everything you would expect from one of the
world's greatest wooden roller coasters.
And we've got it all captured in a 4 minute video including a complete
POV from the front seat! And there's even a very special surprise in
the video that I'm sure you all will be very happy with.

even with the lights in the tunnel the video doesn't do that part of the ride justice

Yeah, it was cool to get video with the lights on so people can see what it does, but I agree. It doens't do it justice!

Nice video. How hard was it for you guys to gain permission to stick your camera to the train? I'm asking this because that Nick guy just looks so stressed out (maybe pissed?) all the time, and especially with a park with "no insurance."

And to answer the question, we spoke with the park well in advance to get the permission to use the train mounted camera and get the lights turned on. We had to do most of our filming before the park opened in order to do that. But they were really cool about letting us get the footage we needed. Anyway....
