Ok, it started off with us getting into the parking lot around 2:30pm, I really wanted to get their earlier but we had to wait for a friend to get out of school at 1pm. The weather said chances of isolated T-Storms so it didn't sound too bad. Once we got there, my dad, his friend, his friend's son, and my brother made sandwiches at the car (beats Hershey's prices) and me and my friend weren't hungry so we justed wanted to get in the park!
So finally they just gave us the tickets and we finally got in the park around 3pm.

We first went straight to the Comet, about a 10 minute line and rode that once. Once again those stupid brakes ruined the ride, we got hardly any airtime during the bunny hops. Oh well.

After that we headed to the Sooperdooperlooper in which I haven't rode yet since it was broke down last time. There was no line for this ride so we went on it about 3 times. I love the large loop, got to be one of the best loops out there. The only bad thing about it was the brakes at the end as it really hurt!!!! It was kinda funny but painfull at the same time!!! And it only did it with the one train, as the second one did not.

Next up was the Great Bear which had a very little line. This is actually one of my favorite steels I've been on and I love how it interacts with the scenery and stuff. It seems like this ride was better then last year, though it has to be the same. I still think it needs to be a little longer but still a great ride.

And now, it was time for Storm Runner!!!! The line for this ride was about 40min which I kinda figured. It seemed like they might have been having problems with the launch since it seemed like the trains would just sit at the launching area for a while at times. Unless that is normal? The ride line was also set up nicely, going in the shade at one part and going up and over the station at another. And another plus is that they play "Crazy Train"!!! We finally got on the left train and we just lucked out as 2 people said we could go in front of them. So it was only a few waits from then and finally we were on. At first the restraints seemed very ackward but I guess this is normal for rockets. The train then headed out to the launching area and I seen my dad down below with his camera so I was yelling at him to take a picture before it launches!!! And he did! And just a few seconds later the train backed up a bit (I knew it was coming) and then they said here we go and that was it. I can't describe the feeling of being flow 0 - 72mph in 2 seconds. Once we were at the top of the first drop that was our only breather for the ride. The rest of the ride was very cool but still think it was way too short!!! I mean I love what's there but I think there could be a lot more to it but I guess they were limited with space. Wish I could of rode it more then once but the line was soooo long. Anyways it was a great ride.

This is a closeup of the last one. You can see me, I'm in the back, right side.

And now it was time to eat so we headed back to our car to eat some cold sandwiches which were really good. We then returned to the park since we got handstamps so we could return. Me and my friend went to the Canyon River Rapids, we did bring other clothing with but he insisted we wouldn't need them so we left them in the car. Boy was<

The train has to sit on the track for awhile in order for the cable to attach to the train.

I'm glad it's not any longer, because then people would complain that it would be boring since the first half is amazing, kind of like Xcelerator. Everyone thinks the overbanks are useless because the tophat/launch is so good.

Nice TR.

Is there anyway they can speed that up because that would decrease the line tremendously?

Anyway, I think if they had more room to build, they could have built the ride a lot longer with more features and stuff. But I still think it's a terrific ride.

Were both sides of the station working? Because it usually only sits for about 10-15 seconds.

Still, SR has more features than the other Rockets.

Both sides were working, but once it made it out the the launching area, it sat there for like a minute or more sometimes.

Of course you can, first find out the address of each pic and copy and past it on the image poster thing on the side.

That's why Im up there in the first place. I'm going to be in College Park Maryland from Tuesday to Friday of next week at a big swim meet. It's at the University of Maryland. It's the YMCA National Championships, and it should be fun. I'm seeted 5th out of 84 in the 200 Fly, which is really cool. Im also seeted pretty well in my other events. The day after the meet, my team and another team that we're freinds with are going to SFA. After that, my family and I are going to Philidelphia. Then to Hershey. On tuesday We''ll just hang out and do Hrshey's chocolate world. Going at all on Tueday is out of the question. As alot of you know, my family is a bunch of theme park Nazis. For example, today we were making some final plans for the trip, and we looked up Hersheypark's hours. We say that it was 10:00-10:00. I was like "10:00-10:00 it is.", and then my sister says "how about 5:00-10:00, that's still like 5 hours, that's plenty of time" Then I made it perfectly clear than Im going at 10 and they can follow when they want. Hey, I've been in training all summer, a 12 hour day at Hershey won't be the least bit stressful.
