After our Magical Day at Story land on the first day of Memorial Day weekend My Bother and I meet up with the people of ACE for two more parks on Sunday. We again left early and took the trip to Santa’s Village. The trip brought up past the site where the Old man in the mountain once lived. It also brought us past Six Gun City were we would be going in the afternoon. One thing was off we didn’t see any coaster?

We arrived at the park early before any one else from our group. We walked around and waited for people to show. We even talked to a few people that worked there as they entered that morning. One lady was particularly nice and we talked about what we were up to. She wished us a good day and said she would likely see up at the park.

Well People started to arrive and we bought out tickets. All of use from ACE took a picture in the Sleigh and we got back in line to get in. When the Village opened we walked in first off we noticed that Santa’s Elves had been busy at work on the landscaping. I guess with no trees, Flowers, grass etc they really wanted to make this place into a beautiful place. The park looked great.

The group maid our way to Rudy’s Rapid Transit the parks only Coaster. This coaster is huge larger then the one found in the Grinch land of Six Flags New England. We got in 9 rides with only a few stops before we got off and separated to see the other attractions. Being that it was hot and that we hadn’t ridden the ride in a few years we maid out way to the park Flume. The Yule Log Flume if one of the longest flumes you will find. Keep your eyes open you might even see some Lumberjack elves getting ready for winter. The drop is also quite tall and fast. You can only imagine the splash.

We went around and hit a few rides before going to the park new Reindeer Barn. This new barn is one of the most amazing buildings you will ever see. The wood work is just mind blowing. The park has two baby reindeers out one was 8 weeks and the other was 16 weeks old. So we looked around there and maid our way to a few more attractions. We met up with our fellow ACE members at 11:00 and had a meet and great with the fat man Himself. Santa was very exited to hear we liked his coaster and even participated in a group photo. Keep an eye on the park web site for that photo.

After that we went to the Pizzeria for lunch and to meet the owner of Santa’s Village. We maid our way up start and what do we see but that nice lady from the morning. Turn out we were talking to the owner and didn’t even know it. She did a presentation on the parks history. Many of the photos showed her as a little girl. We talked about the past rides we remember riding and talked about the future of the park. It was allot of fun.

We spent the remaining time at the park on the rides. One that deserves some attention is the parks Dark ride. This is an in house job with Barberi cars so it’s one of a kind. It’s interactive and is called the Holly Humbug Adventure. The ride gets better and better every time I ride it. they keep changing things around to make it more and more of an amazing ride. another attraction worth mention is the parks 3D movie. The movie is the only 3D movie in New England it tells the story of a Tinker doodle Christmas. It’s allotted of fun.

When 2:00 came around we maid our out of Santa’s Village and maid our way to Six Gun City for our second park of the day. The coaster wasn’t in yet we were told that morning. We got there and the Acers that were signed up for a trip were in the middle of a gun fight. That ended shortly after and we were heading into the park by 2:30. We walked around and road the few attractions they have. We were able to see one of the shows which had it self “a good old fashioned unfair trial.” We hit a few more rides and looked though the Carriage and Sleigh Museums. At 3:30 we meet up with the owner of Six Gun City and talked about the new coaster and why he removed the Wisdom one
