Only my second wild mouse, but it sucked. You just crawled through it so slowly. You could hardly feel you were turning at times, which is obviously bad for a wild mouse. Waited about 20min for it, which was a huge mistake. Dont ride it unless its a walk on.
APPEARANCE-5 Its a mouse so it looks about the same as all of them. England is about the only place I have seen that has really tried to theme thier mice rides. It does have a nice location in a very cool looking park. CAPACITY-5 Again average for a mouse, much better than Dorney, a lot worse then Hershey. RIDE QUALITY-4 A little smoother then most at the top, but also no real intensity. FUN-6 Only fun laughing with the people I was with, nothing memorable at all. RERIDE-2 I see no reason to ride again in a park with such good coasters and other attractions. OVERALL-22 AVG-4.4 I am not a mouse fan so I will go with the 4 for my final score.
This was actually a pretty good Wild Mouse. The turns at the beginning scared the sh** out of my mom, she thought we were going to fly right off of the track haha, I enjoyed it. The rest of the ride is pretty good though, the drops are pretty fun, and you can get a bit of airtime too.
Not a bad wild mouse ride. I liked the laterals, and the drops, though there were not many of them at all (like Bob said, only one "large" one). The line also moves pretty slowly, though that is true of just about every mouse ride out there, not just this one. Summary: good for kids and families, and if the line is short, take a spin. Otherwise, dont bother.
Pretty weak wild mouse - the coaster formelry known as Izzy was the last coaster for me to ride at Busch Gardens Tampa and I didnt save it for last for nothing. the ride didnt really get me on the curves other than the slamming laterals. I made the mistake of putting my hands up on one of the drops and actually hit one of the cross support beams. Ill give you three chances to guess if that hurt at all
Only one "big" drop (by big I mean less than 20 feet) and nothing really thrilling about it, Im just glad I was able to ride after a < 10 minute wait. Ooh, and big props to the ride op who was able to dispatch trains, check restraints AND talk on the cell phone all while "keeping us safe". Nice, anyways, a lower-level mouse ride.
Went faster around the curves than I expected. The worst coaster at the park though...
Terrible! The ride is braked on almost every turn, and braked to a stand-still! The turns are taken with little to no speed, and the drops are almost painful at the speed theyre taken at. If youre not expecting the brakes, watch out cause it can be painful. The worst mouse Ive ever been on.
This was my first wild mouse. I expected a bit more. The line moved slow and the cars were too small. The whole thing moved slow as hell, and there was no thrill to it. There were only like two of this little drop things, and they werent too exciting. Maybe itd be better without all those trims, but Ive never been on another wild mouse of its type. (Ive been on the spinning Six Flags New England one, but its very different and better.)
Cheetah Chase was really boring. The trims were tuned up so high that I didnt even feel the speed on it at all. Its definitely not better than the Wild Mouse at Hersheypark & Exterminator & will never be. Its not even worth riding b/c of its pathetic ride & slow moving queve.
This was a lot more fun than I thought it would be. The worst part of the ride was the trims on the back half which all but ruined the sudden dips and turns that should have taken place. Also, the theming and station showed how little work Busch Gardens put into this ride. The hairpin turns on the top were pretty fun and the line was short when I rode which made it a decent ride experience. Im torn between a 7 and a 6 but Im going to give this ride the benefit of the doubt and round it up.
