I'.ve ridden this coaster a dozen times since it was installed in 2003. I even rode it on Opening Day in 2008. But somewhere along the line a height restriction line was added so that riders six-feet tall and over are denied access. Even if you'.re close to six-foot (I'.m just under 5-11) you can'.t ride. Plus, the ride ops are now doing some type of leg measurement with a bent steel rod once you are seated. If you don'.t pass that inspection, you'.re gone too. So if you'.re 5-11 tall and weigh 185-pounds like me, don'.t plan on riding it. Clearly, the park needs to purchase new rolling stock to allow adults of average height and weight to ride. So the reason this coaster gets a three from me because most adult males can'.t ride it with the existing height restrictions in place. So much for the park'.s policy of encouraging parents to ride with their kids! And be warned, don'.t scan your Fun Card until you'.re sure they'.ll let you ride it!
