Were it not for this rides reputation, I think more 6 and 7 ratings would appear. It has some great elements... but too much mundane parts between them. And it does have a second lift... that completely kills any momentium that the ride has built up. Its a case of quantity over quality. In its day The Beast may have been top rated... but its day is long past.
