Dont get me wrong, I really enjoyed this ride. In spite of that I cant help but say I was a little disappointed. It gets such rave reviews and I think that it just doesnt have much excitement to it. First, the launch, despite being the only uphill launch, just doesnt take you breathe away like most lauches do. The highlight of the ride is the zero-G roll coming out of the tunnel. After that, it just doesnt seem that fast, that exciting, or that smooth. It has plenty of elements and they all look pretty good, but they just dont deliver for me. A couple days before going to IOA, I visited Busch Gardens and rode a similar ride with Kumba which seemed faster, much much smoother, and just flat out had more "pop" to it. (I know it isnt as fast, please dont start spouting facts at me). Despite this terrible looking review, I definately would ride the Hulk anytime and enjoy it. I just built it up to much in my mind, so try to refrain from doing so with your visit to IOA.
