Review of Blue Diamond Streak @ Blue Diamond Amusement Park
0 Rating Posted by: jdale on 10/4/2005 11:12:00 AM
It all started when my parents and I were on our way to Williamsburg. It was early and I was sleeping. :snore: My mom was the first to notice it. She woke me up to see a little amusement park (BDP, of course) and towering above everything there was a coaster that looked like an SDC galaxi, but was actually a Pinfari Zyklon. Fastforward to when my parents and I were on our way home from Williamsburg. I noticed it this time and I asked my mom and dad if we could stop there and they said yes. When I went into the park, the coaster wasnt running, but it started running a little later. So I rode it and it wasnt too bad. The first drop blew me away, but that was the only good part of the ride. The drop almost blew my hat away (because of the airtime) The other parts of the ride were slow and dull. The ride was smooth, I think, but I felt some rumbling on my feet. My only Pinfari coaster, and its worth a go.

Yes, you start to go down the drop, get speed, then the track gets steeper causing you to get air.

My dad lost his and we had to go by the first drop and get it. Yeay, the restraints are very open like. they are secured by belts. By the way, you asked me a few questions when you were answering to the wild one at six flags america. I am only 14 so i would only consider myself as a fan but i want to be apart of ACE when i grow up and i like evey type of coaster now that i have wriden KINGDA KA. I was so scared that i was almost crying before we launched. you have answered a lot of questions about myself and i would like to know about you. How old are you and are you a boy?

Well, Im only 12 years old and Im a boy. I have a marble roller coaster behind me right now. It runs terribly. It does need maintenance. Anyway, Im at a crappy school and theres a possibilty that Ill be a headin back to my old school sometime in January. I found a tick on my dog last night, own a tarantula, and chewing on a piece of gum right now. Plenty more. How bout you?

Make sure to try out El Toro next spring. That first drop? Hellish. Those camelbacks? AIRTIME. Those turns? Scary. Ill make sure to catch some air on that 76 degree drop. ITS ALMOST AS STEEP AS MILLENNIUM FORCES!! You may have thought that wooden coasters cant go much crazier than Hades. Will El Toro be better than Voyage? Compare them when theyre built.
