i think that i speak for many when i say that we were all expecting a little more. why? well...simply due to all the hype. The video they posted of the making left me extremely eager to try it. Of course we all thought it differently...but most of us read spoilers and such..which i came to notice last saturday, can ruin a ride in a dramatic way. Lets be serious...lets say that we never would have heard anything about the ride...not even a hint about wut the story was... and we were to go into the incredibly well themed queue...then you board in to the car... and go through the ride... persdonally i tried my hardest not to spoil it for myself... i kinda failed in that goal... but even then there were some thing that surprised me...and i am sure that if i would never have read anythin anout imhotep sucking us in or the fake ending... i would have been extremely and pleasantly surprised. Another thing based on the space given...it was decently long... the stroy isnt well explained though...that was the only complaint i had..having have had to explain it to all my friends... but itr waws still great. Incredible effects...incredible uses of the track... incredible animatronics...especially the jumping imhotep...and ijncredible pyrotechnics...such as the roof... so looking at it from that perspective i seriously think this ride deserves a 10...and sorry about the length... :o)
