Here we have an average train ride. It used to be a very good steam locomotive, but decisions have been made to discontinue steam at SFOG and the beloved Texas have been cnverted to a Diesel engine. At least it looks better than the piece of crap Gretta that ran the tracks last year, so I will realign my ratings to an average score for an average park train.

Are the new Desel trains that bad. wow, I didnt think they would be that bad. I two hate desels and the naise they put out. wel aparintly you might be getign the steams from Astroworld maybe they got allot of complaints.

Yes. I need to adjust my review a bit, Ill bump it from a 2 to a 5. The "Gretta" was an awful train engine, but this year they brought back the Texas, which used to be one of the parks steam locomotives, but it has been dieselized. We still have our other engine, the General, which has been rotting away for a while now. The new trains from Astroworld include an Electric engine and another Diesel. This will probably be the fatal blow to hopes of steam at SFOG.

That stinks! the electric at lest will be quite compared to the ear pearcing diesels. I am so sarry to hear this news. If they wanted diesels they should have bought new trains from seven Lamb theirs are much better. Personaly I think you agree with me I prefer the steam they just add more character.
