This is one of the more underrated experiences at Epcot as well. The last time I went I had the privelege of meeting a couple of manitees, the "elephants of the water". Anyone who has an interest in marine biology or anything having to do with oceanic technology should definately check it out. If youre not really into that kind of thing, its still worth checking out, but you might not want to stay as long.
If I got the chance to improve on something, however, I would add a ride or something to the attraction. Something that moves. Other than that, not bad.
