looks impressive, but it was very tame. no speed, no great drop, no air, no thrills

After you make the turn to the right, you start to pick up air on every hill, and when you turn around, the last few bunny-hills preceding the station provide some of the best airtime that Ive ever experienced. Also, I think the drop is ok- it overlooks a pretty lake, but I myself do prefer tristing drops on woodies, but still, its not bad.

Bob - sorry, I dont agree. I respect your opinion and consider you the expert on this park. I rode it twice (front and back), but just didnt feel the air. I was expecting more especially on the bunny hops, maybe I just hit it on the wrong day. I did enjoy the variety of coasters in the park, especially the Georgia Cyclone but GASM just didnt thrill me.

Thats cool- youre entitled to what you think about what you experienced. It isnt the biggest of out-and-backs, but I think it does its job well. glad to see that you liked the GaCyclone... its probably better than the GASM.

I think that GASM and the Cyclone are close, but the rougher the Cyclone gets, Im leaning towards GASM, which is reliable, has better air and is beautiful to look at. But five years ago I wouldve said Cyclone hands-down.
