 Review of Test Track @ EPCOT

I think Test Track is a great ride, but I am giving it a 9 for frequent breakdowns and lines that have been known to exceed 3 hours. I love the ride, but I wouldnt want to wait that long; it simply isnt worth it.

Now the ride itself I think is done very well considering it is a GM ad in disguise. They show you what it takes for the vehicles to be given the green light to be sold. They put the vehicles, and you, through a series of tests until the 65 MPH speed test on banked curves. All and all, its a great ride.

I know what your saying about the lines. I got a fastpass and still had to wait for 45 minutes in the fastapss line, which is better than the stand-by line which was four and a half hours when I went (granted it was new years eve). But, the ride is excellent and makes up for the line.

The ride is horrible when it comes to maintance and wait time. I got to the loading area just as the ride broke down and we had all ready waited over an hour for a second ride.

I may be despised for saying that the 2 times Ive been to EPCOT, no breakdowns on this ride. Ive heard the horror stories. Odd, tough to see what would cause such frequent mechanical failure. At least Mission Space opening right next door ought to drain the lines a bit.
