The Orbit is a special flat ride at Six Flags Great America. It is an exciting ride that does not garner much appreciation from its guests. As a former Six Flags Great America employee in my college days, I helped transform The Orbit into a "must-see" attraction at the Park. We began a following that included a "fan club" of sorts that even included a quasi- Board of Directors. The Chairman and CEO of the "Orbit Lot" turned the Orbit into the only "primer" ride for the infamous Rolling Thunder, and serves as a primer ride for many other attractions as well. Next time you visit SFGAm, be sure to ride the Orbit!!!!!!!!
