Good airtime on a couple of the drops and some good fun all around. I dont understand the #1 COASTER claims this ride holds, and I think that actually hurt my overall impression (I was just looking for something on the ride to even parrallel my personal #1, THE BEAST). This is a good coaster, VERY GOOD, but not all the hype makes it out to be. If I had my way, Id add more track, keeping it in the same vein, but making it longer.

Did you discover the Back seat? If you didnt then you should have I beleive the back is the sole reason of being so good.

Actually I did .. twice .. and got a great lift of air a couple times. But, I got much stronger air, and more often, from THE CORNBALL EXPRESS. And, I certainly did not get enough air from this short ride to rate it even close to the #1 wooden coaster. It was alot of fun and a good coaster, but its taunts as the #1 WOODEN COASTER ON THE PLANET hurt it in the long run ... even Holiday Worlds own THE LEGEND overshadows it I feel.

There is no doubt in my mind that Cornball is 5 times better, as far as Im concerned it is the perfect woodie, I understand why you like Legend better, more laterals. Im an airtime fanatic so I though Raven was better but legend still kicks some serious tail.

I love airtime myself ... especially when a coaster manages to get my ass out of the seat. But, I can get the two or three pops that THE RAVEN gives me out of THE RACER at PKI, THE RAVEN is just a bit smoother and the last pop is nicely intense.
