First Free Admission to Magic Kingdom

I'm still stymied over the new promotion from Disney letting people in FREE on their birthday. On one hand I know that this will generate money for the park, but on the other, this is the same park that wouldn't let yours truly have a press pass. Not that I'm still bitter about it 5 years later, but I do love me some Universal Studios Florida publicity folks.
Using an oversized park ticket created for the occasion, Seattle, Wash., resident Andrew DaCosta entered Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom this morning as the first person in the nation to receive free admission to a Disney theme park on a birthday, as part of Disney's "What Will You Celebrate?" campaign.
I totally want that giant ticket they give you though, maybe I'll swing by on my Birthday on the way to IOA and pick one up.

I think it's a brilliant promotion. It was enough to convince me to book a trip to california for my birthday...
