Opening day was one of the best if not the pest day I have ever had at SFNE. Thou the day didn't go without grudges. A few of the operators weren’t paying attention to people messing around on the ride. And the water cannons on shipwreck falls. Now I didn’t mind getting hit with then so much on the ride. But they have 3 facing the bridge. So hear I am walking past with a backpack full of Electronics. Wasn’t happy about begin attacked by water cannons.

The good stuff and there’s lots of it. All the coasters were running well. They replaced the bad wheels from Superman for the new season. Thunder bolt was performing better then Cyclone a great treat. Cyclone was running very fast at the beginning but died at he end do to the Trims. I got some POVs of BDK and Cyclone. Best of all thou they weren’t trying to kill you with the lap bars. Me along with a number of ACErs rode Cyclones back seat with only 4 clicks on the lap bars. Rode every coaster in the park except Flash back, it was closed when I went buy.

The Employees are very good this year. They are happy to hear you out. Of I got the kid Controlling the spider to run it right throw complaining a bit in line and showing him how to run it. That and the fact half the ride left also helped. They are running it a lot slower then it can go thou. I got some good shots on Mind Eraser, BDK, and Supermen form the ride. After missing Twister once we finally got on we requested that they place the ride on Program 8 instead of program 3 which they were running. They actually did it.

The park was very clean and the landscaping has been improved a bit. A few places still need some work thou.

Over all a great day and I look forward to going back. I hope they keep this up.

P.S. the Wilderness adventure hat was placed on the wall was there a long time ago. It has gone last year and most of the year before. The cylindrical structure you were seeing is likely Tornado? Which By the way should open on time and remain the first. I can also tell you for certain they will get a new Attraction next year.

No, but there really wasn't a need for two trains. I didn't wait more then 20 minutes at anytime for the ride.

Why would you bring a backpack filled with electronics to an amusement park?

Two way radios, My cell phone, and a camera. many people will also bring a camcorder. so should I just carry all this in my pocket.

What it comes down to is I could care less geting hit on the ride. but if people don't want to on the bidge they shoudlnn't have to worry about the water cannons hiting them walking off the bridge. pluse many people carry things that can't get wet with them to parks. they arn't goign to want to get them wet.

You should always be prepared at anytime at a park to get wet. I always carry a camera to the parks, so I carry it is a Ziplock bag. Keeps it nice and safe. I like the one-zip bags, they are fast and easy to use.

They are also much more convenant then backpacks when it comes to getting in the park. I wear cargo pants, and all I have to do is pull the bag out of a side pocket to show security, so they don't have to go searching through all the pockets of a bag. It makes it faster for you to get in, and it makes their job easier, which they really appreciate. It also holds loose change, keys, and such, making it much harder to lose on rides. There is never a reason to carry a backpack if you are properly prepared.

Why would u need that stuff anyway? You could hook you cell up to your belt. Get a disposable camera if you don't want yours to get wet.

Hookign you sell up to you pocket isn't a good idea on awater ride. desposible cameras have terable quality. adn I use my point and shoot pocket camera verry little at parks. i normly bring an SLR. and like i said its not the ones facign the water I care albot. thay have no buisness pointign tords the bridge.

That's why parks provide lockers. Store your things in there when you go on water rides.

Don't bring any electronics to the park. Leave the cell in the car. Why would you even need radios at the park? There's waterproof cameras on the market. You go to a park to have fun and go on rides not to take pictures.

I have to have my cell onme. I'm not explanign why. i do normaly leave it in the car.

Radios are so if we split up. for example my brother and I went to close Superman and the rest of our group didn't. they wanted to chack out the stors. they split up each takign a radio and we took one with up. after closign we used then to track each other down.

You don't know much abotu Cameras do you. they are water proof cameras. bu tthey cost alot of money. I will repeat Disposibles don't have the quality and ability I look for in a camera. a watr proof SLC. with lens ability starts at 9 thousend.
