It will be kinda off-season, so I don't think it will be too bad, but remember, if it is a band compatition you are going to there, there will be a lot of other people there just like you.
1. Don't miss Power Tower and you may also want to check out Cedar Downs, it is a fun ride, and there are only two left in the US, so it is a rare chance to ride it. Just remember, there is more to the park then rollercoasters, if there is a flat ride that looks interesting to you, go for it.
2. I don't have any tips per say, but it can be done, depending on how much time you have in the park. Since you are on a supervised trip, you may not have all day like you would if you were there with family or on your own. One general tip is get there early and head for first the newest ride, and then all the way to the back of the park, and work your way to the front. Most people tend to get bogged down riding the rides at the front of the park.
3 and 4. I have not been there often enough to give you basic times, but I can tell you that Millineum Force, Raptor, and Power Tower usually have the longest lines. I have not yet ridden it, but I assume Wicked Twister will have a good long line simply because it is a shuttle coaster, and the new coaster will most likely have a long line because it is new. Gemini, Disastor Transport, and Corkscrew usually have the shortest waits, with everything else in the middle.
5. The food is a bit pricy but pretty good, never had a problem.
6. They have a log flume and a splash down ride.
Most important, have fun, check things out (check out all the old games in the arcades), and don't kill yourself to get all those coasters in.
As for your coaster count, that all depend on where you live, myself, I live in Pennsyvania, so I have lots of coasters to ride here, but other parts of the contry have none .
Oh good, my dog found the chainsaw!
