Some of you knew I went to Dorney Park July 17. Here is my trip report.
We woke up at 7:30 and loaded the car to get ready for the drive from the Jersey Shore. At about 8 we were in the car and ready to go. About a half hour through the drive we saw traffic which put us to a dead stop for 45 minutes. We got out of traffic eventually and got there around 10.

Once we got there we ran straight to Talon. We went in the last row and I got an outside. Some people say this is an average inverted coaster while I think its awesome.

Next we went straight to Hydra. We sat in the 4th row I think. The opening slow corkscrew surprised me because when I saw the ride video it started off at the lift hill. I thought it was a great coaster but not nearly as good as Talon.

Everyone went on Meteor next. By the way our group had like 20 people. Meteor is awesome because I like going upside down and just hanging for a few seconds.

Soon after that some people went on the flume but four of us chose Hydra again because we didn't want to get wet so early. It was a walk on for front row. I thought in the beginning that the front row was awesome but then all four of us got dizzy. It seemed odd.

We then waited for the rest of our group. I used the free drink coupon. I also found ten bucks on the ground by the vending machines next to Meteor.

When everyone came out we went straight to Steel Force. Once again a walk on for front row. After riding Nitro three times the day before this seemed weak but I still liked it. The tunnels are awesome.

Next we went to Laser. My friend and I lucked out and got front row. I hate assigned seating. The time before I liked this ride but this time my head nailed the thing in the front which gave me a headache for an hour.

We hopped on Dominator next. The one that drops you. Compared to Freefall this is amazing.

We went to the Coaster Drive-In next for Lunch. I ate a cheese burger and drank a large coke. The Air Conditioning felt so good. Some of our group were still eating so three of us got second row on Talon. Once again I got an outside and it was amazing. We still had time so we went on Hang Time. I thought it was cool.

Now it was time for the Water Park. I went straight on the speed slides with no waits and got three rides on it. Next we ran to the black slide. I think it was called tornado but im not sure. I lossed my tube halfway through and that made it better. The tube came out 5 seconds before me. We got two rides on Jumpin Jack Splash. I took orange both times. We waited 20 minutes for Aqua Blast {are longest wait of the day} and we went lightning fast down. As a joke we went on the lily pads 12 times. I made it 10 times because once my friend fell and pulled me down with him and the other time some fat lady in front of me took forever to jump to the edge. She shook the rope and made the lily pad shake. She jumped and fell flat on her face on to the ledge thing. I slipped off and fell in because of that. My friend fell in all 12 times. He plays lineman on offense and defense in football. Im a Middle Linebacker and Flanker { Wide Receiver} in football. So he ran out of energy quick. We went on wild river adventures or whatever its called 5 times. We rode blue twice and Red once on Patriots Plunge. We didnt ride white because last time we were there we rode it 15 straight times. We spent most of the day there just chillen and slidin. We went back and took front row on Talon. It was amazing. We went on the Wild Mouse and WOW that was boring. We went on the thing that swings you back and forth for our last ride. I thought it was amazing. Can someone tell me what that ride was so I can review it. Clicky Web Analytics
