Im planning on visiting multiple parks in the Northeast, and other than CP, the other parks are in the air. Which parks are cant-misses?

If you are including Ohio as part of NE here is how I would rank the parks for coaster lovers:
Can't miss - Great Adventure and PKI
HP, SFNE are on the next level for me
while DP and KW along with Lake Compounce and Knoebels are nice additions if you have more time in the area. I can't comment on DL nor WoA as I have no been to either

WoA is just under an hour drive from CP, DL is near Niagara, NY.

Funds are only slightly limited...
I was considering the 3 parks in Ohio, plus possibly GA. If I went to GA, I'd probably hit Coney Island too (they prbably arent too far apart, right?)

If GA is Great Adventure then they are about 90 minuites apart.

For a hotel at GAdv, I suggest the Days Inn since it's closest to the park(around 30min). For Dorney, Howard Johnson, it's right across the street and is pretty cheap. For Hershey, there's many cheap hotels, and all are near the park. PKI, Red Roof Inn. WoA, Six Flags Inn, since it's the closest hotel to the park(I don't know of any other hotel near the park besides this one). CP, don't know, never spent the night there. Check out the hotels' websites for room rates and availability.

I wont go to BGW- Its only about a 10 hour drive from atlanta, so that will probably be its own trip (with PKD). Im looking more at Ohio, PA, NY etc.

Get to SFNE and Ride Superman! You WILL thank me. And SFWOA is a good idea so if there is an emergency at CP (TTD CLOSED) you can switch days
