Which one is most worth going to? And why? Any good dark rides*?

Kings Island, they seem to have the best coaster selection.

I'd go to PKD just for Volcano... mmm... invert goodness at its best. Gotta love Grizzly and H:XLC also.
Or you could go to PKI for their crappy rib-breaking hyper-woodie, the overbraked and no longer great Beast, or the Racer (but a similar coaster can be found at PKD). Top Gun and Vortex are basicully at the only coasters I'd really like to ride.
FoF can be found at PKD anyways.

SOB only hurts your legs. Top Gun is probably the worst coaster at the park.

I'm a big fan of suspended coasters, and I've heard Top Gun is one of the best ever built.

I like Iron Dragon better. Top Gun is just plain rough and jerkey.

Funny ... I thought IRON DRAGON was just slow slow and slower and am still in love with the overall smoothness of TOP GUN.

No way! I love Top Gun. The ride flashes by and is extremely intense for a suspended coaster. The ride is going so fast at the end, in fact, you feel like the car will flip over when you hit the brakes.
BBW was exciting but it took a while to get started up
Iron Dragon wasn't boring but it wasn't thrilling either. Probably the most highly themed of the three.

Both PKD and PKI have the Flight of Fear, that's an indoor coaster at it's best.
I live near PKD, and I personally think that they do not build their rides with care. Everytime I've been there since the Flight of Fear opened, either the Volcano, the Flight of Fear, or Hypersonic have broke down, and it has very often increased my waiting time by a lot (you know, cause I'm close to the front)

Why no mention of Great America in Santa Clara?lol. Just because it's across the country.lol. Great America runs the coaster selection in Northern California.

PKI!!!!!!! SOB is awesome, Top Gun is good, Face/Off is cool, Drop Zone and Delerium are sweet, Adventure Express is great for a mine traim, Hanna Barbara land is a large kids area and FOF is awesome, Racer is cool and has some airitme, Vortex is awesome if you sit in the very front, The Beast is..... sorry I ahve to go. I will continue in less than a hour

Continuning on the beast is the best ride in the world. And you MUST be crazy is you say it isn't great because it is. The park is also big, well themed and well shaded. Now there you go.

What about Carrowinds?? They are the ones with Stealth next year, plus I heard Top Gun is awesome.

Terra MÃtica is probably the worst park in the bunch. The only major coasters they have are a pretty good looking woodie and an SLC. Even PCW might be better.

Mighty Canadian Minebuster is the wooden coaster that interacts with the waterpark. The one that goes through the mountain is Thunder Run.

Top Gun is one of the best Inverters Ive been on. Its up there with DD.

PKD is great. I went on my first... everything there! Except woodie of course. Anyway, Volcano is really great, and Hypersonic is amazing, and i think Anaconda is great even though its really under-rated. Also FoF is a great dark coaster, the Hurler is pretty cool and Rebel Yell is cool too. I didn't get to ride Grizzly.
