So what are your thoughts on this new big park idea? After Hard Rock disaster will a new park from scratch have a chance? I'm hoping as it has been a long time there has been anything other than chains being sold to each other.

It's a great design. If you look closely the design seems based on the original Disney land layout. Good to see it woudl have room to expand and seems like a very responsible and well thought out project.
