I have been reading about Intimidator 305 is changeing it's layout. I don't think that it needs a layout change. I like it the way Intimidator 305 is. But I'll still ride it enven though they are changeing the layout.

Do you have any proof that the layout is changing, other then the pictures of the second hill being taken down.

If you have some kind of source that would be great. Because like coaster05 said, just because there are a bunch of rumors and a few pictures, it doesn't mean the layout is going to change. There is nothing official out there at this time that I know of, unless you can furnish something that you saw.

I'm sure most of us has seen the pics of track removed. Rumors I have hear also talk about re-profiling. widening a couple of the turns to distribute the G forces.

I have heard nothing about any major changes to the layout.

I too haven't heard anything major. While nothing is official, I've just heard whispers that the ride will run un-trimmed in 2010 and that the turn following the first drop will be significantly widened to reduce the G-forces.

Would a teardrop shaped turn help? I know it lowers the G-forces on a vertical loop, so maybe that would do the trick.

I'm curious how often in total this has had to be done. Intamin seems really bad of not designing the coasters right in the first place.
