That video was from back in May, and just shows the overgrowth being removed. While the structures have been slated for future demolition, they are all still currently standing (except for the caboose, which burned down about a month ago), and no exact date has been set for the demo, as re-development plans are moving at a snail's pace. Guided tours are offered of the ruins several times a month. For all the up-to-date on Chip, I suggest you join its Yahoo group below. It's a great source of info
