^ Kingsmill doesn't really know the sound of a wood coaster too well and I don't think they want to listen to someone telling them that strategic placement won't be that big of a bother to them. I feel like their minds are made up for at least a while.

And yes, I know what a park is like when it is busy. I just didn't know how often this particular park got really crowded.

I think that if they want a wooden coaster they will find a way to do it. I'm sure they could pull it off!

^Precisely.

I would never have thought BG would be building a 205 foot Dive Machine before last year. When SheiKra debuted, I figured BGE would eventually get a much shorter, terrain-hugging version with relatively deep, hidden tunnels. But they were able to sell Kingsmill the idea by painting the freakin' thing blue! Like the color scheme has any effect on visual pollution!

My point is that after working with the Kingsmill residents for so many years, Busch has undoubtedly learned how to pull their strings...

If they get 2 million A year and there open for 140 days a year, thats 14.3 thousand daily average. So a major attraction Should have around 1,300 + to handle average attendance. No new High profile rides do need Higher capacity or tweaked so it dose get it.

Lets hope they can pull strings and get A wood coaster. Not to mention that new area.

All they're talking about on I think BGEscape is a possible B&M flying coaster, so that could be a possibility as well.

That actually seems like the last logical thing that they could add. It is just a matter of them adding two premier rides in a couple years time. Who knows, they did it with Alpengeist and Apollo's Chariot.

Why not? Well, they did only have Loch Ness Monster and Big Bad Wolf as their top of the line coasters at that point in time. It had been a while since an upgrade.

I think they might let the Griffon hangover last a little while before adding something else. Or, the park might think it might be in their best interest to keep the hits coming. With the rumors swirling around in Tampa it could be a big year for the Busch parks at some point.

Yeah it could. Whatever hits Tampa will surely come to BGW at sometime. I personally thing they will let Griffon keep the buzz going for a little bit. After that they might add a family attraction.

Here's an idea. Why not a small lot of family attraction like the y added to Sea world Florida. Something like this could be a good addition to the Scotland area which doesn't have much.

Add a few Family rides one year them a family coaster. a year or so after that add a higher profile ride. that gaps 4 years before they add a major coaster.

They already have a family coaster. It is the Big Bad Wolf. They won't add a family coaster when they already have one.

It might be a mild ride, but the height restriction is still around 42" which means it's not much of a family coaster, if the whole family can't ride it.

i don't think the wolf can be classified as a family coaster but at busch gardens it is the family coaster cuz its the smallest and has the smallest height restriction. but it is not a family coaster by any means.

It will be the biggest family coaster that Busch would ever have in my eyes.

but its not a family coaster at all. it reaches just about 50 mph and has an 80 ft drop. most family coasters only reach about 30-35 mph with like a 40-50 ft drop.

I said that it will be the smallest they will ever put in. I never said that we should go around calling it the family coaster of BGE.

What i was talking about was Shamu's Happy Harbor. Web Link. The area has family oriented rides. The majority of them have no hight limit but with an adult rides. and the coaster is the normally 36" height requirement. 36-42 is a 1-2 year gap for most kids.

First I think that if they're going to put all the land they have to good use they'd make Spain. There is many possibilities like a matador and a running of the bulls like thing. There would be a bigger difference of food too. I just think that would be the best option. Now about the big bad wolf being a family coaster thats just wrong, its not close. BGE doesn't really have a "family coaster". I do agree that out of the 5 there currently is the big bad wolf is the closest one to being called a family coaster.

yes the big bad wolf is the most family friendly one there but is still far away from qualifying as a family coaster. i was just there and rode rhine river cruise and they have plenty of room to expand. when they do i hope its spain and like peacefrogs running of the bull idea. i would love to see the old rumor of switzerland with a swiss bob ride but that will probably never happen. they also have plenty of room to expand roman rapids as well and that should be considered since that ride is short and then they could get a bigger turntable and actually be able to load them like other big name rapid rides.

I love the Spain idea, and I love the rapids idea. BGE doesn't know how to run them!!

The Switzerland idea is interesting. But I also don't see it happening. I agree there is more to offer with Spain From food to Rides.

Yeah it is very easy to theme the rides and the food. I would love to see a running of the bulls coaster.

There is no way that BBW is a family coaster. Ride that in the front seat and tell me it's not intense.

i agree completely. that statement by thare really pissed me off. its like he spoke when he didn't know what he was talking about. i think he just likes to hear himself talk at times. thare, in the future if you dont know what your talking about, don't talk at all.

The fact that I think BBW is the smallest coaster BGE will ever build is my opinion, and NO I don't talk to hear myself! It is my opinion metssuck, so let me express how I think.

Given trends in the company I thin we will see a smaller coaster.
