Wow! You guys really do some serious traveling for all the parks you visit! I honestly wish I had more free time (and also more vacation days!) to go to more parks. My list is going to pale by comparison, but here goes:

Kennywood (5 times, including one trip to PFN)
Cedar Point
Dorney Park
Six Flags Great Adventure - NEW!

Yep, only one new park for me this year, but it was quite the park to hit, as El Toro alone was well worth the 6+ hour drive!

I'd rather be coaster riding!

Oh, I would much rather spend time in europe than I would at cedar point. I was just stating that it is quite expensive in europe, so I saw less us parks.

Also, if I do get the opportunity to visit euuropean parks, I wouldn't do it with 50 tools who ride kiddie coasters just to boost their count. I'd do the parks at my own pace.

funny, cause "your own pace" would cost you more money and take you more time

oh I'll edit this to actually contribute to the original intent of the thread tomorrow

First half I totally agree and I hope you understood my sarcasm about which is cooler touring Europe or American parks and obviously it's Europe.

Second half, please don't tell me you are one of those "I would have more credits, but I Don't Ride Kiddie Coasters" guys. The kiddie coaster credit runs in the UK were hilarious, as they are in almost any park where they have a kiddie coaster. Seeing a whole train full of adults on a wacky worm is a highlight for me.

Just because someone doesn't ride kiddie coasters doesn't mean they are a "I would have more credits, but I don't ride kiddie coasters" person. I tend not to ride kiddie coasters, and I probably won't on the Mid-West trip. It's pretty much just because I don't give a crap about the number of credits I have. I just want to ride good coasters.

That's why I was saying don't tell me you are one of those guys. If he just doesn't ride kiddies,(like I know you don't Herc) then that's cool. Its those people who ask your dredits, you tell them, then they respond with "I would have more but I don't ride" If you don't care either way thats cool. I was just asking.

Personally I find them funny, I count them and I really don't care if your count is higher or lower then mine it is just fun to count.

^I will be hooking up with Larry a couple times this summer for NY. So Herc you are also invited. I think Joe believes he is special due to all his TPR fanboys so he can turn up his nose at us commoners.

BTW Joe that list is just insanely long. I don't know how you were ever able to do your research on the history of paper fasteners and how to file them.
