What 2007 coaster do ya'll think will make a very huge impact for their amusement park respectively? My vote's for Starliner at Cypress Gardens, even though it's not really a new coaster. I feel that it'll make a huge impact for coaster enthusiasts & teenagers when it comes to going to the family park & seeing that there's an adult-sized woody to ride. Also, it's Florida's Historical Landmark, so the nostalgia it carries will definitely increase Cypress Gardens' attendance record more than ever.

For me, I think Maverick will easily be the best roller coaster of 2007. The 70MPH launch, 95 degree first drop, air-time hills, and inversions should make for one outstanding ride. Also, I probably will be riding Maverick next year as I'm considering going there with my family.

The Griffon also looks very good.

The most unique new-for-2007 coaster is probably the Flying Turns, as we haven't seen anything like it for decades. Also, PortAventura's mystery coaster sounds pretty unique. According to rcdb, its trains staddle the track, which is basically what X and Eejanaika do. There's no telling what this new thing will do. If Lagoon's mystery coaster will "surpass anything they have" it'll have to be pretty good. This a pretty hard subject for me, but I'll settle for Griffon, as that park hasn't gotten a new coaster for more than 7 years. I'm just glad we're getting more dive coasters

I think Maverick at CP and Dollywoods Mine ride look pretty cool.

Can we wait for all announcements to b made?

I find it funny that RCG picked a ride that likely will not be built for the third strait year.

Since we aren't waiting for the annoucements, I'll take a ride that has not been annoucned yet and I know very little about other than the fact that it is going to be a GCI - the new wood coaster at Valleyfair.

Renegade at Valleyfair looks very good, and looks pretty similar to Thunderhead's layout. The twisting first drop and many bunny hills are sure to make it a great ride.

My vote in terms of actually being a new 2007 coaster's Renegade at Valleyfair! The first drop looks like it'll be a lot of fun & it's very twisted. Also, the bunny hills it has will produce some decent airtime for a GCI out-and-back twister. Since the layout's almost similar to Dollywood's Thunderhead, it'll definitely be another world-class wooden coaster to make a lot of Top 10 Lists for coaster enthusiasts & GP.

Renegade... or Maverick or Mystery mine ride or that port adventura one or Griffon... hmm. I will go with Maverick as I like launches and will be able to ride it soon. I also think Renegade will be great to because of the success of recent GCIs. I'd love to ride any of the others though.

edit: I think I will like maverick most but I think that Renegade will make a larger impact for Valleyfair! than maverick will for Cedar Point
