I knew these things had potential, and wondered why the earlier version(s) had no turns. Some reviews I saw said the old version of ride itself was boring and pointless with just straight track. The new one is more mouse-like and doesn't have that wierd long upside down track underneath. Looks pretty cool though and theres more to it.

Cool, I always thought that these Screaming Squirrels looked AWESOME, and I'm glad that more people are starting to get them. But, we need one in the USA! Europeans and Asians are so much more risktaking than us!

No way. Keep those things outside of the US. I'm sorry, they looks cool, but they look like they are bad on the shoulders and back.

Hm... Yeah, I guess that the restraints could be bad, but you can't knock it 'till you try it. But, this is S&S's first model including over the shoulder restraints, am I right? So, they could be horrible, but they could be the most comfortable restraint in the world. Except they're not even full OTSRs.

It looks pretty cool, but the seats do look as if they would hurt. It made me think about Dollywood. Since Dollywood puts in coasters that are sometimes the first in the US. I wouldn't be suprised if they look at this one for their 2008 coaster.

BTW When I first saw the thread Screaming Squirrel
I thought of this...

Scrat. Kicks. A$$.

Anyways, I wouldn't want money wasted on one of these at any park near me, but it certainly would be a interesting thing to ride a couple times.

It looks a bit short to me. The weird S drop looks cool but thats it. I like the old Screamin' Squirls myself; they were like endurance tests for riders rather than an actual ride to have fun on.
