I want to pick up my Hershey season passes this week. I haven't been able to find any promotions or coupons whatsoever. Anyone with info on how I can save some bucks please share it here.

Thanks for the info! I wonder which of those places has the biggest season pass savings.

Welcome to the site viking! How many times do you go to Hersheypark because I go many times a year (I don't live too far away from it).

Those won't be season pass savings. Those will be regular admission savings.

Season pass prices go down a lot in the off-season. I'm trying to get my parents to buy season passes to Hersheypark.

Thank you for the kind welcome but I've been here before you. So how about I welcome you? WELCOME! Seriously though I just moved to Hershey so I will be attending ALOT. Prior to living here I've probably been to Hersheypark about a half dozen times.

Oh duh! Sorry about that, I was thinking 2006! I'm really tired and my allergies are annoying me to death, and my mind is playing tricks on me...and such... Which is weird because I've seen your old posts before, I don't know why I didn't connect the dots.

I'm going to Hersheypark on Sunday, I can't wait! I've been living in central PA my whole life, and Hersheypark is my home park. My friend is moving to Hershey too and I'm a little jealous... She's going to live like 2 minutes away from Hersheypark! When I was at the Hershey Lodge last week we went to Hershey Gardens and for a lot of the time I was just watching all the roller coasters go around at Hersheypark. But then my mom told me to stop pining over Hersheypark.

Have you never been to Hersheypark before?

It sounds like he hasn't been to Hersheypark before to me viking78. Hersheypark's also my homepark because I only live like 20 minutes to a half an hour away from it (I'm from Harrisburg). I'll be working there today from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. I've been working for Hersheypark for two years & I have a lot of fun with it too. If you ever visit the park today or throughout the summer, go to Trailblazer Catering, which's a large picnic building across the creek from Trailblazer, & find the only black man that works there & that's me, RCGenius. I've been going to Hersheypark for a decade, since Wildcat's opening year in 1996, so I know practically everythang about HP.

What? I've been to Hersheypark tons of times! RCGenius, I would expect you to know this as you have commented on alot of my reviews and asked me when I went there in my one review. The first time was probably 1994 or 1995 (but I was still a baby then) but as I've said, it's my home park. I live about the same amount away as RCGenius, I live very close to Harrisburg.

Also for the (at least) 4th time, I am a SHE!

My bad D3ath Cab. I keep on forgetting that you're a SHE & I did send comments of your ride reviews. Hey, we all make mistakes sometimes, so my bad for the bad judgement.

Does Hershey Park have any perks with their season passes? Does it include parking? Can you buy a season pass that includes the other attractions at the park/area? Does the season pass include the water park they are adding next year?

You'll get a 15% discount on the majority of food stands at the park. I don't know how the discount rate is for sales & retail, but it's probably about 15% again. You'll get free parking & that's about it. Also, why would you ask if it'll include the waterpark for next year if Hersheypark hasn't even dished out the info. about how they'll be setting prices for the park? Personally, I think that the waterpark will be included with the admission since it's not that big anyway & it's back in the Midway America section of the park, so why would they charge a waterpark that's still within the park's territory? If it was a separate attraction like Dorney Park's Wildwater Kingdom or Six Flags Great Adventure's Hurricane Harbor, I'd understand that type of logic.

Also viking, Hersheypark is discounting their 2007 season passes to $100 for 100 years! A $5 discount!

I heard the water park was 4.5 acres is this true? I also heard they were going to put it in at the golf course is this true?

Can't you take some time to actually look for stuff?

http://www.hersheypa.com/attractions/hersheypark/100th/boardwalk.php

Didn't you read RC's post? It is obviously not going to be on the golf course. The golf course has been closed however, and there has been endless speculation as to what it is going to be used for.

200,000 square feet is a pretty large area. They are putting in alot of other things also besides the slides/water attractions. I saw the article on Hersheypark.com I can't see them putting it in Midway America area. There isn't enough room there.

Well they are putting it in Midway America, I even saw it... with my own eyes. You get a perfect view of all of the construction from atop the Wild Mouse.

Also, at first I didn't think it would be big enough, but now that I think about it, I guess it will be.

For anyone interested Hershey just announced a great season pass deal! Begining on August 1st you can purchase a special season pass that covers the rest of 2006, all of the holiday season (Christmas, Halloween), and the ENTIRE 2007 season. All this for the price of $150 per person.

That's an amazing deal & thanks for the info. viking78. I doubt that I'll be getting the season pass though because since I work there now, I can get in anytime I want, but that'll be happy news to future newcomers who wants to spend the whole summer having fun at Hersheypark for a reasonable price.
