I know that this thread might be kinda pointless, but just use your imagination on this topic ya'll. This thread's kinda like the coaster you'd ride all day kind of thang. If you'd like to go to an amusement park & love it enough that you'd want to live in it, which park would it be & why? I'd love to live at BGT because I could ride their amazing coaster collection while at the same time be amazed by its African theme & chill by watching the African animals inhabiting at the park.

Disneyland resort. Combined with DCA they have 100+ rides.

LAKE COMPOUNCE (What a shocker!!)
It's the cleanest and most beautiful park I know, although the Norton Homestead has been bulldozed to the ground so I'd be building my own house, or living in Bleakstone Manor

Build a house out of the pointless Paddle wheeler. then not lonly are you ot the park you on the parks lake.
Me Canobie. Well landscaped and a nice place to be. though like LC the green house which was used by the origanal owners to live has also been turn down this year. so I guess I'll have to live in one of the newer of canobie 20 houses.

Hehe good question.
Mine was a toughie between Knoebels and Kennywood. In the end, Kennywood won, but Knoebels will always be my 'childhood' park. Kennywood has a great assortment of rides, some modern, some classic, great food (if I live there I may want to avoid the Potato Patch at times or I may not be able to ride the Phantom due to heart problems. ). But yeah, Kennywood would be my choice.

astroland. i couldn't live on a steady diet of amusement park, so the boardwalk rainbow of wierdos and freaks hangin around will keep me entertained. also dips in the sea and dancing at russian discoteques.
this is not to mention the pleasures of the zipper, the breakdance, the wonderwheel and world's most insane roller coaster...the cyc.

No joke, traver. I spent the day at Coney, and had a blast, just sort of rediscovering all that it has to offer. Just something about the place... and yes, the Cyclone kicked ass today. Both times.
Edited to add that a nice place in Sea Gate would be lovely... although I do have a particular envy for my friend Captain Bob, who actually lives on the Coney boardwalk, behind one of the concessions. Now, that's gooooood living.

If I could I would ride Millenium Force all day long. It's my favorite steel coaster on the planet. I would live at the Disney World Resort because it's so large, pretty, and very well themed. I love going to these parks and becoming a child again.

Kennywood. With the price of gas, I wouldn't have to drive to KW anymore. In fact,there was a kid, who did indeed grow up actually living in a house, on the park grounds at Kennywood. His name is Andy Vettle,Jr. His Dad was the once the chief mechanic, at Kennywood. Andy Vettle Sr. designed the Thunderbolt at Kennywood. The Thunderbolt,was once the Pippen. Andy Vettle,Jr., is a retired school teacher.

Knoebels comes to my mind, because of all the little houses along the outskirts of the park. Plus it's just a great park that you don't even have to go through an entrance to enter. I'd love just having that place in my backyard for a while-until the noise starts to bother me.

Definitely Knoebels for me. It's one heck of a great traditional park and it has free admission too so I could go whenever I'm in the mood for a particular ride. And how could I forget the Phoenix.

^ Hard to argue with Knoebels, but I would have to go with Cedar Point. I mean they have my favorite coaster and a lot of other good ones along with it.

I would live at Wild Adventures. It is a great park with large roller coasters, a water park, and hundreds of wild animals! They have great food and shows and even rides that aren'.t so high and fast as the coasters. I would ride around on the go karts, relax with the tigers and listen to the wild birds before floating down the lazy river. This park is awesome!
